Here at The Computer Cafe we pride ourselves on our integrity, reliability and knowledge. We are also realize that there will be times when a customer has to return merchandise. We do our best to do what's right for our customer. Below you will find our policies regarding returns.

     Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Un-opened merchandise will require a 10% restocking fee while opened merchandise will require a 20% restocking fee. Returns due to malfunctioning equipment will be tested and customer will be given equal value replacement if a replacement is not available a full refund will be issued.

     All repairs are covered under our 30 day warranty starting from completion of work. Problems with repairs within 30 days that are due to virus and/or spy-ware infections or inadequate protection from them will result in voided warranty on that repair. All warranty work will be done in a standard repair turnaround. Rush & Super Rush service are available at customers expense.

As stated in the repair policy we ask that upon completion of the repair word the computer / equipment should be picked up within (1) week. Computers left more than one week are subject to a $2/day storage fee. Computers / equipment that are left for more than (60) days without prior approval will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.

     All warranties for computer sales are stated at time of purchase. Computers that require repair due to software installations, configuration changes, viruses or software are not covered under the limited warranty.
