In-Store Rates & Policies
| | Hourly Rate: $85/Hour
Diagnostic Deposit: $60* Repair times vary greatly depending on severity of issues. If we determine that the repair will be more than 2.5 hours we will call for client approval at that time, and will not order parts until client has given approval. Rush Fees:
$25 - work started within 48 hours**
$50 - work started within 24 hours**
* Deposits are non-refundable, and will be incorporated into the final cost of repair.
** Work is guaranteed to start within time frame of specific rush service paid for, however, due to the nature of computer repair the completion time can not be guaranteed. Repair work is warrantied for 30 days after completion of work and warranty does not cover the re-infection of spyware or viruses. |

Surrounding Areas -$10 (travel charge)
Boston -$115/hour** Emergency Fee - $25 (24 hour response) * (1) hour minimum
** also pertains to outside a 10 mile radius from Cafe locations. There are some situations where work is to severe or time consuming for on-site repairs. During these situations the repair tech will discuss options for repair.
